Account has been blocked from signing in for at least 5 password mismatches.
In order to verify that you are the account creator we require that you provide some additional information.
Please provide as much of the following information as you can: Account unlock is only available if you provide correct information At least 3 pieces of information must match.

In order to modify the account password, please sign in with the account on the enpgames.com portal.
Click on “ACCOUNT Button" in the upper right corner of the ENP GAMES site. and then Choose password "change button" on the "Account Information" section.
We also advise you to update the “Account Information” section with your real life information for any future verification purposes.
In order to keep the account secure we strongly recommend that you frequently change the account password.
If your answers could not be found in the FAQ, you may submit a ticket.
It may take several days to be able to analyze the situation and provide a proper solution.
